Founded in 1982, United Helpers Care is certified to provide an array of home/living options and support services to people with developmental disabilities, mental illness and traumatic brain injuries.
Our Director of Social Services and team of service coordinators are ready to provide case management services, assisting families with placement and service needs.
The United Helpers Day Habilitation program offers adults with developmental disabilities participation in work experience and recreational activities. We promote life skills and social opportunities in a caring and skilled environment.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Assertive Community Treatment provides full psychiatric outpatient care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness in their homes and communities. The ACT program uses a multi-disciplinary approach providing mobile treatment and psychiatric rehabilitative services. ACT team members provide coverage around the clock, seven days per week.
