United Helpers, founded in 1898, is seeking an ACT Team Leader with the skills, compassion, and commitment to deliver high-quality services to people in northern New York.
The ACT Team Leader oversees and coordinates the day-to-day functioning of the ACT Team, provides direct services, and works with the Program Coordinator in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and services. Our successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related field; OR licensure/registration as a Registered Nurse. He/she must possess three years experience in the direct provision of Mental Health or Social Services, two years experience in the Supervision or Administration of Case Management Services preferred. Must possess a valid New York State Driver’s License.
