United Helpers, founded in 1898, is seeking a Corporate Compliance Coordinator with the skills, compassion, and commitment to deliver high-quality services to people in northern New York.
He or she should have a thorough knowledge and understanding of current internal audit and regulatory compliance planning techniques and technologies as well as the methods used in performing risk assessment and internal audit.
Applicants must possess the knowledge to adapt to various types of computer software packages and have excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
Responsibilities of the position include management of the organizational compliance program, completion and periodic update of Code of Conduct, organizational operation and compliance policies and procedures, independent review, investigation, and evaluation of organizational compliance issues, and the management of the compliance hotline.
Our Corporate Compliance Coordinator also must ensure proper reporting to regulatory and/or enforcement agencies, manage contracts, and develop and implement risk assessment and compliance audit activities.
