United Helpers is seeking an Office Technician with the skills, compassion, and commitment to deliver high-quality services to people in northern New York.
Our successful candidate will perform a variety of duties and clerical tasks to provide support to a busy Behavioral Health Clinic programs and services. Duties include answering phones, greeting patients, typing letters/correspondence/ meeting minutes, contracts, vouchers, etc. Will make and distribute copies as requested and perform other clerical duties. Candidate must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and have a basic and working knowledge of personal computer hardware and software. Computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheet) with ability to create forms, reports, graphs and tables is preferred but not required. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is required.
