United Helpers, founded in 1898, is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant with the skills, compassion, and commitment to deliver high-quality services to people in northern New York.
The successful candidate will assist in assessing quality services across the Mosaic Agency by conducting audits and performing follow up visits. He or she will work with other team members to improve services, act as a primary investigator for the agency with regard to incidents, conduct interviews with witnesses and targets, and complete investigative reports.
Our ideal candidate will be a team player with effective written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Previous experience working in developmental disabilities or mental health fields is preferred, but not required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field and valid NYS driver’s license are required.
