United Helpers, founded in 1898, is seeking a Vocational Specialist with the skills, compassion, and commitment to deliver high-quality services to people in northern New York.


A Vocational Specialist provides case management and vocational supports to people with disabilities. This position works with an interdisciplinary team to provide community services and supports. A Vocational Specialist works with an interdisciplinary team to monitor general well-being as well as provide customer support, skills building training, advocacy, linkage to available community resources. Must have a Master’s degree in Social work or a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field and possess related experience.
