Information Systems Administrator

Being an Information Systems Administrator requires that a candidate has their bachelor's degree and experience dealing with end-user technical support, project management and technological research and recommendations. The Information Systems Administrators report to the Chief Information Officer. 


A typical day working as an Information Systems Administrator may involve the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of diverse software applications and hardware systems. A good problem-solving approach and an aptitude for learning, in conjunction with a team-oriented attitude, and a customer service focus are essential.
