January 2009 - Putrelo, of Utica, NY begins to set the roof trusses on the first skilled-nursing cottage. Steelwork continues on the Ancillary building and the floor of the Canton Day Care Center is poured. Temperatures remain frigid, but work continues to be on schedule.

January 2009- With temperatures at or below zero, construction crews try to keep their work under wraps. Plastic tarps provide a little shelter from the wind and bitter cold, but not everyone can work "inside".
