If you use any other e-mail software (i.e. Yahoo, AOL, Google, Hotmail etc.) you will need to save a copy of the application PDF file to your hard drive and then send it as an attachment using your e-mail program to application@unitedhelpers.org
To print a blank copy of the application, open up the file and at the bottom of the form you will see a print button. Click on the button select the printer if necessary click OK.
