Security & Convenience
Providing 364 spacious apartments in sixteen locations throughout the North Country, Subsidized Senior/Disabled Housing can help to keep you closer to your hometown. Our one-bedroom apartments are fully carpeted. Our kitchens are equipped with a stove and refrigerator. On-site maintenance, mailboxes, Laundromat, and free trash removal are provided as well. Each complex has a community room, equipped with a kitchen that may be reserved for family or tenant gatherings.
Have a pet? No problem. Pets are welcome!
Monthly blood pressure clinics, flu shot clinics, foot care services, Meals-on-Wheels delivery, local drug store delivery services, and hairdresser visits are provided at some locations.
Rent is based on tenant's income and subsidy is provided as needed.
