We’re seeking a Housing Assistant to oversee housing complexes we manage in St. Lawrence and Jefferson counties.
He or she will process tenant certifications, third party verifications, monthly billing, cash receipt & charge journals. He or she must also participate in and help resolve caretaker and/or or tenant concerns.
The successful applicant must provide superior customer service in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and possess excellent organizational and time management skills, telephone and computer skills.
Applicants must possess an Associate Degree from a recognized college or a high school education with Business Major and equivalent experience in the Business field.
Experience in subsidized housing is preferred, but not required. Applicants must have a valid NYS driver’s license as travel between complexes is required.
