Step 1. Complete the Application for Residency and Financial Disclosure.*

We’ve made applying easy. Simply download the application, print and complete it and mail it to United Helpers Management Company, ATTN: United Helpers Independent Senior Living, 30 Sullivan Street, Canton, NY 13617

Step 2. Complete a priority agreement with your choice of apartment floor plan and submit the $1200 non-refundable Priority Reservation Fee.

Step 3. Sign a Residency Agreement.

Step 4. Make arrangements to move.

*Applicants must meet residency criteria or residency may be denied.
