Rental Subsidy
Subsidy is available in all locations except Cambray Terrace which has 19 units without subsidy and Harbor Heights which has four units without subsidy.
Section 8 vouchers welcome.
How to calculate your subsidy
ADD all annual income, including and income from assets, such as interest.
SUBTRACT
· out-of-pocket medical/disability expenses (exceeding 3% of income, if eligible)
· out-of-pocket child care expenses (if eligible)
· $400 elderly status deduction (if eligible)
· $480 dependent deduction(s) (if eligible)
DIVIDE by twelve months for adjusted monthly income
MULTIPLY by 30% (0.30)
SUBTRACT utility allowance for complex (see column to the right)
Equals monthly RENT ESTIMATE
