Through a robust continuum of services, United Helpers Behavioral Health accommodates the unique needs of adults, adolescents, and their families. From Care Coordination to supportive housing to specialized children’s services, we believe individualized person-centered, family-focused treatment is essential for recovery.

Behavioral Health Clinics

Health Home Care Coordination

A health home isn’t a place, it’s a service designed to ensure all those involved in an individual’s care are working together and sharing the necessary information in supporting a person’s recovery.

Gateway Apartment Treatments

Promoting skills for community reintegration, Gateway Apartment Treatment provides housing, support, and education for people diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness.

Assertive Community Treatment

ACT provides case management, life skills development, and support to assist individuals with increased opportunities for independent living.

Supportive Housing

Supportive Housing Care Managers help clients find, obtain, and keep independent housing and build the skills for independence.
