Ogdensburg – United Helpers could not provide the care and support for our community that we do, without the hard work and dedication of our OUTSTANDING staff!
This summer, we have been working to revamp our social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram. Something we have started is regularly highlighting our staff from various parts of our organization in a “Staff Spotlight.” So far, we have highlighted staff from our mental health clinics, our IRAs, and our senior care, taking the time to appreciate everyone such as Assistant Program Leaders, LPNs, Direct Support Professionals, CNAs, Home Health Aides, Mental Health Clinicians, Administrative Assistants, and Program Leaders.
“Each year when we present the Spies, Ladouceur, and Frank Awards, we always say we wish we could recognize more people. Given the size of our organization, there are certainly many people deserving of extra recognition,” said Vice President of Human Resources Michelle Matthews. “These employee spotlight features have given us a way to publicly recognize people who have gone above and beyond, and in some instances, honor individuals who have literally dedicated their lives to the United Helpers mission for 30 years or more. I always look forward to seeing who will be spotlighted next.”
