SOLICITING M/WBE PROPOSALS RELATED TO TRANSPORTATION, LAUNDRY SERVICES, AND RELATED SUPPLIES OR MAINTENANCE SERVICES
United Helpers Service Corp, is bidding on a Linen Services contract with the New York State Office of Mental Health (“OMH”). The services will include the transportation of laundry from St. Lawrence PC, a psychiatric facility in Ogdensburg, to United Helpers laundry facility in Ogdensburg where the soiled linens will be laundered and folded.
The scope of work of this contract is to provide complete laundering services of linens to St. Lawrence PC. United Helpers is seeking proposals from certified New York State Minority or Women Owned Businesses (MWBE’s) who specialize in transportation, laundering services, cleaning services, equipment maintenance services, or suppliers who provide equipment related to laundering services. The Invitation for Bids for this contract from OMH can be found here https://www.nyscr.ny.gov/. The bid is due May 17, 2024.
